Rucha Kothari

Rucha Kothari, M.D., is a Medical Director of Clinical Safety and Risk Management at Genentech. With over 10 years of experience as a board-certified pathologist and pharmacovigilance professional, Rucha has extensive knowledge in oncology and non-oncology therapeutic areas, as well as the drug development process. Rucha previously managed tertiary-level clinical diagnostic laboratories and led clinical practices focused on patient care and laboratory diagnosis. Rucha has also conducted clinical research at UCSF and has held various roles at Genentech, demonstrating expertise in safety evaluation and risk management. Rucha's educational background includes advanced training in clinical research and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Mumbai.
