Ryan Bartock

Ryan Bartock is the VP and Head of Gene Therapy Manufacturing at Roche Genentech, bringing over 20 years of expertise in biotech, gene therapy, and pharmaceuticals. They have a solid track record of leading teams in various capacities, including overseeing the construction of a $670M Gene Therapy Innovation Center and managing multiple programs through various clinical phases. Ryan previously served as Head of Engineering, Technical & Digital at Spark Therapeutics, where they played a pivotal role in launching LUXTURNA, the first approved gene therapy for a genetic disease in the US and EU. Their career began at Merck & Co. and includes significant leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, focusing on operations and supply chain strategy. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Business from Drexel University.
