Ryan Morano

Ryan Morano is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in quality and validation roles within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Beginning as a Mechanical Engineer at Proteus Digital Health, Inc., Ryan contributed to FDA approval processes and the scale-up of commercial production. Following this, Ryan served as a Quality Engineer at W.R. Grace, where efforts concentrated on enhancing quality systems and reducing manufacturing costs in a multi-purpose chemical plant. Most recently, Ryan has held the position of Validation Engineer and is now the Manager of Aseptic Operations at Genentech, overseeing significant projects aimed at ensuring high standards in aseptic manufacturing. Ryan holds a degree from UC Berkeley, completed in 2013.
