Sandra Melo

Sandra Melo is a Principal Scientist at Genentech with extensive experience in molecular biology, protein chemistry, and genome editing. They previously held senior and scientist positions at Genentech and worked as a Scientist in the Diagnostics and Genomics Group at Agilent Technologies. Sandra earned a BS in Chemistry from the National University of Colombia and a PhD in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of South Carolina-Columbia. They also served as a Research Associate and Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University.
