Sarah Tully

Sarah Tully is currently the Director and Assistant General Counsel at Genentech, leading intellectual property efforts in Neuroscience and Ophthalmology. Their previous roles include Senior Patent Counsel in Oncology at Genentech, Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and Science Advisor for USAID and USDA. Sarah holds a PhD in Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology and a JD from Stanford University Law School. They have also been a NSF Postdoctoral Fellow at both the University of Oxford and The Scripps Research Institute.
