Shahensha Shaik, Ph.D, has a robust background in biotechnology and engineering science, with extensive experience in process development and research. From May 2023 to July 2025, Shahensha served as a Process Development Scientist II at Poseida Therapeutics, Inc. Following a role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, spanning August 2022 to May 2023, Shahensha worked as a Research and Development Associate at Xavier University of Louisiana from January 2020 to August 2022.
