Stephen Byrne

Stephen Byrne, MS, CSP, is an EHS leader currently serving as the Director of Health and Safety at Genentech and the Director of Occupational Health and Safety at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. They have held significant positions in environmental health and safety, including Regional Manager at Allergan and Associate Director at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Stephen's career began as an Environmental Scientist at Laurel Environmental Associates, Ltd, before progressing to various leadership roles at Forest Laboratories. They are currently pursuing degrees in Environmental Science and an International Study Abroad Program at Adelphi University and the University of Limerick, respectively.
