Susan Cutler

Susan Cutler is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in national account management and strategic business development within the pharmaceuticals and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of National Access Decisions at Genentech since March 2019, Susan also leads the Cigna/ESI team. Prior experience at Genentech includes the role of Senior National Account Executive managing a significant portfolio at ESI Holding Co. Before that, Susan worked at Roche Pharmaceuticals for over a decade, holding positions such as National Account Manager and Regional Account Manager, where Susan drove sales, marketing, and clinical activities for leading accounts like Express Scripts. Earlier career roles include Director of Managed Care & Program Development at BJC Health System and Executive Director at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Webster University.
