Swati Dhar, Ph.D., is a Lead Clinical Scientist in Late Stage Product Development at Genentech. With over 10 years of experience in translational science and 5 years in clinical development, Swati has successfully led medical monitoring, clinical protocol development, and bioanalytical strategies across various therapeutic areas, including oncology and cardiovascular diseases. They have demonstrated expertise in clinical trial design, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership, contributing to numerous Phase 1-3 trials. Prior roles include positions at organizations such as NeoImmuneTech, where they managed bioanalytical programs, and Northwestern University, focusing on pediatric brain tumor research. Swati holds a Ph.D. in Cancer Immunology and is passionate about improving the quality of children's lives globally through pediatric disease research.
