Sylvia Simms

Sylvia Simms has extensive experience at Genentech, having held various positions since 2005. Currently serving as the Administrative Services & Operations Manager for Strategic Analytics & Intelligence, Sylvia has previously worked as an Administrative Services Manager and New Ways of Working Coach within the same division. Prior roles include serving as a Project Coordinator and a Senior Management Associate in the Financial Systems Group. In addition to professional expertise, Sylvia is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Solano Community College, with an anticipated completion date in 2026.
