Teonna Graham is an experienced design professional with a strong background in human-centered design, particularly in the healthcare sector. From February 2019 to June 2022, Teonna served as the Innovation Design Lead at Pegasystems, focusing on customer service portals and workflow automation for notable clients such as Google Health and Johnson & Johnson.
