Tess Branon

Tess Branon is a Principal Scientist and Interactomics Group Lead at Genentech since 2023. They have held various research positions, including Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley (2019-2021) and Graduate Student Researcher at MIT (2013-2018), where they earned a PhD in Chemistry. Tess also gained early research experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Tennessee and Johns Hopkins University in 2010 and 2011, respectively, and worked as a Research Biochemist at Biowarn LLC in 2007. They completed dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Biology at Western Carolina University in 2013.
