Thomas Malig

Thomas Malig is currently a Principal Scientist at Genentech, where they focus on the deployment of process analytical technology tools to guide drug substance process development. Thomas previously held the position of Senior Scientist at Genentech and completed a Doctoral Student role at The University of British Columbia from 2016 to 2020. They also gained experience as a Reaction Engineering/Chemistry Sampling Solutions Student Intern at Mettler-Toledo International in 2018. Thomas is pursuing a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry at the University of Calgary, a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry at The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor's degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Guelph.
