Tom Novak

Tom Novak has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Field Reimbursement Manager at Genentech since December 2014, where responsibilities include supporting the Esbriet Franchise Sales and acting as a liaison between regional field teams and home office groups. Previous roles at Genentech include Division Manager and Regional Program Manager. Before joining Genentech, Tom Novak worked at Boehringer Ingelheim from February 2005 to December 2014, holding positions such as Senior Clinical Specialist and Clinical Specialist in Pulmonology. Earlier experience includes roles at UniFirst Corporation and Newell Rubbermaid, where Tom Novak held various sales and management positions. Tom Novak earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, graduating in 2002.
