Tom Shih

Tom Shih is a project controls professional with a robust background in cost management, estimating, scheduling, and portfolio management, cultivated through a foundational career in project management on construction sites. They served as a Project Manager at GSE Construction Company, Inc. from 1992 to 1999 before progressing to various leadership roles at Genentech from 2011 to the present, where they currently hold the position of Sr Principal Project Controls Manager Cost. Tom earned a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley.
