Tony Lin is a seasoned medical affairs leader with extensive experience in medical strategy, field medical affairs, and scientific communications across various therapeutic areas, including oncology and hematology. Currently, Tony serves as the Interim Head and Chief Medical Partner for Oncology and Hematology Medical Affairs at Genentech and has held leadership roles at multiple organizations, including AbbVie and Novartis. Tony began their academic career as an Adjunct Faculty member at Rutgers University after earning a Pharm.D. from the same institution. With a proven ability to manage large teams and interface with global commercial and development organizations, Tony continues to drive initiatives that translate corporate medical objectives into effective strategies.
