Tracy Smith Todd

Tracy Smith Todd has a robust legal background with extensive experience in corporate law and employment law. Tracy served as Associate General Counsel in the Employment and Corporate Law Group at Genentech from April 2021 to April 2018, and as Senior Corporate Counsel at the same company from April 2018 to April 2021. Prior to joining Genentech, Tracy held several positions including Flight Attendant at American Airlines, Legal Counsel/Law Clerk at DHL, Attorney at Heller Ehrman, and Associate at Jackson Lewis P.C. Tracy was also a Partner at Villarreal Hutner & Todd PC from August 2007 to February 2014. Tracy holds a B.A. in foreign languages and international relations from Southern Methodist University.
