Victoria Y.

Victoria Y. is a seasoned Vice President of Global Procurement and Head of Customer Excellence at Genentech, with a robust background in IP licensing and corporate law. They transitioned from law to business by leading a global contracting and compliance operations team and have since held increasingly responsible positions within Roche's Global Procurement function, managing substantial annual spend across various categories. Victoria is an influential member of the Roche Global Procurement Leadership Board, Genentech Finance Leadership Team, and Genentech D&I Board, where they co-lead initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion. In addition to their corporate roles, they serve as a Board member for the non-profit Vinceremos and participate in advisory capacities for JLL and Magnit. Victoria holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University and a BA from Princeton University.
