Vijay Sethuraman

Vijay Sethuraman is a Senior Principal Scientific Manager in gRED at Genentech, where they lead multidisciplinary teams focused on drug development and continuous improvement. They previously held roles as a Senior Fellow and Team Lead at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research and as a Principal Scientist at Novartis, where they contributed to the development of four INDs from pre-clinical to Phase II. Vijay's earlier experience includes managing a team of 30 employees as a Production Engineer at Ester Industries Limited. They earned a Bachelor of Technology in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the University of Mysore and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Utah.
