Y. John Wang

Y. John Wang is a Group Leader and Principal Scientist at Genentech, where they have published over 60 peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts throughout their career. They previously served as Director of Pharmaceutical R&D at Scios Inc. and held the position of Research Manager at Ortho Biotech, focusing on topical and injectable formulations. Y. John Wang also has experience as Associate Director at Bayer HealthCare. They are a Fellow of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) and are currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Michigan, along with a Master's in Pharmaceutics from The University of Connecticut and a BS in Pharmacy from National Taiwan University.
