Ya-Chen Lin

Ya-Chen (Lisa) Lin is a Principal Statistical Scientist at Genentech with a PhD in Biostatistics from Vanderbilt University. They have extensive experience in biostatistical analysis, including working with complex data sets such as fMRI data and electronic health records. Previously, they served as a Research Assistant and Technician at the University of Washington, where they developed a strong foundation in biochemistry. During a summer internship at the FDA, they reviewed over 25 drug submissions related to respiratory diseases, enhancing their understanding of clinical trial procedures. Ya-Chen is adept at collaboration and independent research while being proficient in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
