Yinyin Li is a Principal Scientist at Genentech since October 2022, having previously held positions as a Senior Scientist and Scientist at the same company between May 2021 and October 2022. Yinyin also worked as a Senior Scientist at Teva Pharmaceuticals from July 2019 to April 2021 and completed a summer research internship at Purdue University in July 2007. A Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University from August 2014 to July 2019, Yinyin investigated the effects of telomeric damage on T cell reprogramming and autoimmune disease. Yinyin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences from Zhejiang University in 2008 and a Ph.D. in Immunology from Texas A&M University in 2014, focusing on type I IFN signaling and DNA/RNA sensing in innate immunity during doctoral studies.
