Zhibo

Zhibo Ma is a Principal Scientist at Genentech, specializing in bioinformatics and genotoxicity in cell and gene therapy, as well as custom NGS assay development and single-cell sequencing. Previously, Zhibo worked as a Research Scientist II at Poseida Therapeutics, Inc. and held positions as a Senior Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Associate at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies. Zhibo earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from China Agricultural University.
