They have held various roles, beginning as a Full Desk Recruiter at ProStart Inc. and later serving as Senior Account Director at Re:Search Networks. As Co-Founder and COO of Stratacuity, they played a pivotal role in connecting biopharmaceutical companies with scientists, demonstrating a deep passion for improving patient outcomes. Currently, as Managing Partner at Genepool Networks, Rob is focused on building a team of recruiters to bridge groundbreaking companies with transformative talent.
