Erik Anderson

Erik Anderson is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as a Staff Product Development Engineer at gener8 since June 2016, Erik has contributed mechanical engineering expertise across over 20 projects, focusing on designing multi-axis gantry systems to automate complex lab processes. Previous roles include mechanical engineering positions at Tile, where Erik collaborated on product development, as well as independent contracting work that involved designing various electronic device enclosures. Erik's early career features an engineering internship at Jupiter Research Foundation, where autonomous systems were developed, and a role as a robotics instructor at Bellarmine College Preparatory. Erik holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
