Sai Kiran

Sai Kiran has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing roles. Sai started their career as an Engineering Trainee at Mercedes-Benz Mahavir Motors in 2015 and then moved on to work as a Service Engineer at Paramount Auto Bay Services. Sai later transitioned to Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited as a Graduate Engineering Trainee. Sai then worked as a Lab Technician for the IT Team at a University and subsequently as an Engineering Lab Assistant. Sai gained practical design and manufacturing experience at Peerless Products, Inc., where they served as a Manufacturing/Design Engineer, developing new design components and performing structural analysis. Sai also served as a Kaizen Facilitator-Continuous Improvement during their time at Peerless. At Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, Sai worked as a New Product Introduction Engineer, gaining experience in product development and introduction processes. Currently, Sai is working at gener8 as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer / Technical Lead, where they are responsible for managing the production setup and delivery of new products, including developing NPI strategies and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Sai Kiran holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Pittsburg State University. Additionally, Sai Kiran has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Project Management from Campbellsville University. They have also obtained various certifications in Lean Six Sigma, project management, and engineering-related areas.
