Clayton Custer is a creative problem solver with a passion for technology and innovation. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Program Manager for Gener8tor x Urban League of Greater Madison's gBETA business accelerator, they co-founded EduReality, which develops educational VR simulations for STEM learning. Clayton has a technical background in CAD, rapid prototyping, additive manufacturing, and AR/VR game development. They previously managed a makerspace at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and worked as an Additive Manufacturing Technician at Midwest Prototyping. Clayton also serves as an Adjunct AI Instructor at Waukesha County Technical College, developing and delivering AI-focused curricula.
