Aaron Noler

Aaron Noler has a diverse background in the agriculture industry, starting with their current role as an Agriculture Operations Manager at Genera Inc. Since 2018, they have worked at Medow Farms as a Farmer, where they focused on improving sustainability and efficiency in soybean and corn production. Prior to that, they were a Farm Production Manager at Barrington Dairy and a Production Manager at Powers Farm and Cattle, where they implemented modern farming practices and technology.
