Rick Sinur, MBA, BSME, is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in product development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Portable Power at Generac Power Systems since January 2024, Rick oversees the engineering team in developing and launching portable generators and battery power stations. Previously, as Senior Director of Engineering at Broan-NuTone, Rick spearheaded the Overture smart indoor air quality IoT product roadmap and managed various engineering roles that enhanced brand credibility and market reach. With a robust foundation in mechanical engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and an MBA in finance from Concordia University-Wisconsin, Rick has consistently demonstrated expertise in driving innovations and managing diverse engineering teams.
