Bailey Craft is an experienced education and partnership leader with a demonstrated history of building and managing relationships in diverse educational settings. Currently serving as the National Director of Partnership Managers at Revolution Prep, Bailey has successfully managed partnerships with over 90 schools, achieving significant lead and sales growth, while overseeing a substantial portfolio across the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. Previous roles include Career Coach at General Assembly, Associate Director of Recruitment at City University of Seattle, and Assistant Director for Graduate Recruitment at Saint Martin's University, where Bailey consistently exceeded recruitment and retention targets. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from The Evergreen State College, a Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate from Hamline University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Catherine University.
