Connor Jacobs

Connor Jacobs is a skilled software developer with experience in building frontends of websites using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Svelte, and Vue, alongside backend API and database design in Node, Python, and Go, currently working as a freelancer since October 2021. In addition, Connor serves as an instructional associate at General Assembly, supporting software engineering immersive programs through student guidance and lesson facilitation. Previous professional experience includes a five-year tenure at Medtronic as a reliability and associate quality engineer, where Connor led testing method development, root cause investigations, and cross-functional collaborations, as well as internships at Avinger Inc. During earlier education, Connor earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and completed a software engineering immersive program at General Assembly.
