Earl Halasan

Earl Halasan is a versatile professional with experience in both programming and operations management. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Immersive Fellow at General Assembly, Earl is trained in full-stack software engineering, having developed projects utilizing technologies such as MongoDB, React, Python, and Agile methodologies. Concurrently, as an Operations Manager at adidas since April 2016, Earl has achieved $4 million in sales within a year through effective management of performance and operational strategies, while enhancing customer experience and upskilling new hires. Additionally, Earl has a successful freelance career as a Music Producer and Engineer, with over 65 million streams of produced projects and previous experience at Palisades Music Group, where management of a 10-member team and extensive touring were key responsibilities. Earl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Saint Joseph's University.
