Jinnie Seo

Jinnie Seo is a UX Design Fellow at General Assembly, where participation in a comprehensive 12-week immersive UX design program has led to over 500 hours of professional training and varied UX project work. Previously, Jinnie held positions at Uptown Sushi, Inc., serving as Assistant Manager from 2015 to 2021, where responsibilities included collaborating with vendors, optimizing operational systems during the COVID-19 pandemic, conducting usability testing, and training staff on a new POS system. Jinnie also progressed from Lead Hostess at Nara Sushi & Korean Kitchen and Hostess at The Blue Fish, to a Purchasing Agent role at Pacific MWD, Inc., where strategic procurement and supplier negotiations were key tasks. Jinnie's educational background includes a UX design program at General Assembly and attendance at the University of Houston.
