Ruben Cedeno is an accomplished Software Engineer with extensive experience in both the technology and customer service sectors. Currently at General Assembly since September 2020, Ruben completed a comprehensive three-month, 500-hour full-stack program, gaining expertise in a variety of programming languages and methodologies. Prior to this, Ruben served as a Customer Services Trainer at Alaska Airlines, and previously held roles in guest services with Virgin America and as an Usher/Ticket Taker at Barclays Center, where responsibilities included providing exceptional customer experiences. Additional experience includes a role as Supervisor/Retail Sales Leader at T-Mobile, overseeing daily operations and customer service, as well as an internship at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority, assisting elderly clients with application processes. Ruben holds a Bachelor of Technology in Graphic Design/Digital Design from City Tech, CUNY and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from CUNY Bronx Community College.
