Sofia Mohammad-Vaccaro is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) design and leadership. Currently serving as Senior Product Design Manager at Upwork since December 2021, Sofia has significantly enhanced user experience and security through strategic UX initiatives. Prior to Upwork, Sofia founded and led sk+co, delivering impactful design solutions for major clients including Google and HP, while also focusing on community support during the COVID-19 pandemic.
