Lee Vanderpool

Lee Vanderpool currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller at General Atlantic, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Lee was a Partner at PwC from August 2006 to March 2021, specializing in providing strategic and transaction-related advice to corporate and private equity clients, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and capital raises across the private equity, technology, media, telecommunications, and pharma/life sciences sectors. Lee holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
