Caitlin Willson

Caitlin Willson is a Mechanical Design Engineer IV at General Atomics, focusing on the development and testing of tooling and handling solutions for spacecraft since November 2025. Previously, Caitlin held various positions at United Launch Alliance (ULA) from June 2020 to November 2025, including Transportation & Handling Engineer and Mechanical Ground Support Equipment Engineer, where responsibilities included designing equipment for rocket component transport and systems interfacing with launch vehicles. Caitlin's early experience includes internships at ULA and Woodward, along with a mentorship role at the Engineering Success Center at Colorado State University, where Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from 2016 to 2020. Additional experience includes a head coaching role at Rocky Select Volleyball Club, emphasizing organizational and decision-making skills.
