Caitlin Willson

Caitlin Willson is a Mechanical Design Engineer IV at General Atomics, where responsibilities include developing and testing tooling and handling solutions for spacecraft. Prior experience includes several roles at United Launch Alliance (ULA) from June 2020 to November 2025, where Caitlin designed equipment for transporting rocket components, developed mechanical systems for launch vehicles, and served as an intern in mechanical ground support equipment engineering. Previous internships include work at Woodward, Inc., and experience as a mentor at the Engineering Success Center at Colorado State University. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, obtained in 2020.
