Carolin Kubanke currently serves as Chief of Staff at General Catalyst since December 2025. Previously, Kubanke led the Venture Partnerships function at Deel from February 2021 to December 2025, overseeing strategy and partner engagement to facilitate global growth. Prior to Deel, Kubanke was Chief of Staff to the Head of Global Founders Capital North America, where performance outcomes for a portfolio of over 200 companies were managed. Experience also includes a directorial role at Enso, focusing on operations and regulatory management in a healthtech startup, as well as project management in operations and business development at The Owners Forum. Early in the career, Kubanke held leadership positions at EF, managing operational activities and customer engagement. Kubanke holds a Master of Arts in American Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Social and Cultural Anthropology from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
