Ann Leonard

Ann Leonard is the VP of Human Resources at General Code, LLC, where they focus on strategic HR leadership, organization development, and employee engagement initiatives. They have held various leadership roles at Eastman Kodak, including HR Director for a global $4B business and Director of Global Learning and Organization Development. Ann also served as an adjunct and visiting assistant professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology, teaching courses in human resource development. Ann holds an Ed.D. in Education from the University of Rochester and advanced certificates in Organization and Systems Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
