Dmitri Gitlin

Dmitri Gitlin is an experienced project manager with a robust background in construction and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at General Contractor since January 2023, Dmitri oversees project submittals, scheduling, budget management, and team leadership. Prior to this role, Dmitri gained extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager at Temech Civil Engineering Ltd. from April 2010 to December 2022, managing various construction and infrastructure projects. Dmitri also contributed to education in construction project management as an Academic Advisor at Ben Gurion University from October 2011 to August 2019. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Manager and Engineering Supervisor from October 2006 to October 2009. Dmitri holds an MSc in Industrial & Management Engineering and a BSc in Structural Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, along with a Chartered Surveyor designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
