Steve then worked as a Research Scientist at QinetiQ before transitioning to General Dynamics UK Limited. At General Dynamics, they held various roles, including Senior Survivability Engineer, Principal Vehicle Engineer, and Lead Survivability Engineer. In these positions, they led a multinational engineering team and worked through a broad international team to deliver system solutions.
