Craig Vick is an experienced Human Resources leader, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at General Dynamics since October 2021. Prior to this role, Vick was an HR Special Advisor at the Navy Exchange Service Command and held various senior HR positions at LifeNet Health, where accomplishments included developing an award-winning training program. Vick’s extensive background includes a tenure at Owens & Minor, where oversight of a substantial HR budget and employee growth was achieved, along with implementing a comprehensive wellness program. Vick holds a Master's Degree in Education and Human Resources Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from East Carolina University.
