Fredrick Kasparian

Fredrick Kasparian is a retired senior mechanical engineer with extensive experience in electronics packaging, specializing in mechanical and thermal design. Over the course of their career, they contributed to various high-profile projects, including the design of a torlon carrier for a science satellite and electronic packaging for military applications. Fredrick held positions at renowned organizations such as MIT Center for Space Research, Lockheed Martin, and General Dynamics, leading teams in the development and testing of advanced mechanical systems. They hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
