Jen Navarro is the Director of Government Relations at General Dynamics, where they lead lobbying campaigns and congressional education regarding the Virginia and Columbia Class submarine programs. A Navy nuclear power veteran, Jen has over 20 years of experience in the defense industry, including roles as a Surface (Nuclear) Warfare Officer and a Senate Liaison for the Navy Office of Legislative Affairs. Jen holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. In addition to their professional achievements, Jen is a 2024 Masters CrossFit Games Qualifier and Competitor.
