John Babb

John Babb is an experienced professional in program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at General Dynamics since May 2004, where responsibilities include managing the AMDR Receiver Exciter and Beamforming program teams. Prior to this role, John managed the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) and related electronic warfare surface efforts. John's earlier experience includes serving as a program manager for SEWIP Block 1 development, integration, and testing, as well as working in various capacities within the US Navy from 1983 to 2004, including fleet liaison roles and electronic warfare training management. John Babb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University and has education from Nashwauk-Keewatin and Troy University.
