Matt Niven possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management, having worked in various roles across multiple companies. At Laird Technologies from September 2005 to August 2007, Matt served as a Manufacturing Engineer and Project Manager, overseeing the transition of power products to a new facility in Reynosa, Mexico. Following this, Matt was a Principal Project Engineer at General Dynamics from August 2007, where responsibilities included coordinating engineering support for competitive bids and managing project documentation for U.S. Army and Missile Defense Agency programs. Matt's career began at Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing, where from May 1997 to July 2001, the focus was on production engineering, particularly in the production of composite molding for personal watercraft.
