Michell Smith Rouse

Michell Smith Rouse is a seasoned Program and Project Management Strategist with extensive experience in business development and leadership. They served as a Business Development Manager at WURK and BAY METAL, INC., and held the position of Account Executive at Euromoney Institutional Investor. Currently, Michell is a Supply Chain Counsel at General Dynamics, where they co-lead the Direct Committee and engage in strategic analysis and relationship building. They are also the founder and co-lead of a Mentorship Program at Gulfstream Aerospace, emphasizing cross-department collaboration and networking.
