Paul Eich

Paul Eich is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning multiple roles in engineering, analysis, coaching, and military service. Currently serving as the Supervisor of Marine Design at General Dynamics since January 2018, Paul previously held the position of Supervisor of Engineering at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works, where responsibilities included collaborating with teams to manage ship alterations. Prior experience includes roles as a Credit Recovery Analyst and Fraud Analyst at Wayfair, where focus was placed on supplier relations and fraud detection in online orders. Additionally, Paul owned CrossFit Fire of the Gods, providing coaching and education on CrossFit and nutrition. Earlier roles include a business analyst position at eVenture Technologies, where documentation for Navy business processes was carried out, and a notable career as a Naval Officer and Aviator with the United States Navy, which included service in Iraq. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhodes College and completed professional training in Total Quality Leadership within the Navy.
