Roger Spears

Roger Spears is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in the communications and defense sectors. Currently employed at Communications & Power Industries (CPI) since June 2020, Roger manages key programs, including the Modernization of Enterprise Terminals (MET) at General Dynamics SATCOM, where tenure began in January 2014. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager and Engineering Project Leader at General Dynamics C4 Systems from 2002 to 2013, as well as Engineer and Engineering Project Leader at Motorola Government Electronics Group from 1978 to 2001. Roger holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1978.
