Ron Cibotti

Ron Cibotti is an experienced professional with a career spanning over four decades at General Dynamics, where Ron has held the positions of Section Vice President and Program Manager since August 1982. Cibotti has been responsible for managing P&L for 34 projects globally, overseeing project schedules and budgets, and supervising project managers to ensure performance excellence. Key accomplishments include achieving over $300 million in new business, developing a five-year program plan, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and industry partners. Additionally, Cibotti played a crucial role in the US Army’s Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program from June 2006 to January 2014, managing proposal development and system acceptance testing. Cibotti holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, completed from 1976 to 1981.
